Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By commissioning Templates ("I", "me", "the creator") for any service — including but not limited to 3D environments, modeling, translation, voice acting, or game design — you ("the client") agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

Services offered include:

• Roblox 3D modelling and environment design
• Blender modelling and asset creation
• Texture creation via Adobe Substance Painter
• English ↔ Arabic translation
• Voice acting (English and Arabic)
• Video editing and production (DaVinci Resolve)

All deliverables are custom-made. AI-generated content will not be used in any commissioned work unless explicitly agreed upon by both parties.

3. Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins. For new clients, full or 50% upfront payment may be required. Payment methods and amounts are discussed via Discord or email before the commission starts. Prices are listed in USD. Work begins only after payment confirmation.

4. Revisions

Revision rounds are specified per package (see Pricing). Revisions outside the agreed scope or after final delivery may incur additional fees. Major scope changes after work has begun are treated as a new commission.

5. Ownership & Licensing

Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive commercial licence to use the delivered assets within their Roblox game or project. Source files (.blend, .spp, .rbxm) are transferred to the client as part of Standard and Premium packages.

I (Templates) retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the commission begins.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If work has not yet begun, a full refund will be issued. Partial refunds may be provided for partially completed work. Refunds will not be issued once final deliverables have been approved and delivered.

7. Turnaround Time

Delivery estimates are provided per project. I operate Monday to Friday, UTC+3 (AST). Complex projects or revisions may extend delivery time, which will be communicated promptly. Rush fees may apply for expedited delivery requests.

8. Communication

All commissions are handled via Discord or email. Clients are expected to respond within 72 hours during an active commission. Projects may be paused if the client is unreachable for more than 5 business days.

9. Content Policy

I reserve the right to decline any commission that involves inappropriate, harmful, excessive violence/gore, politcally/culturally/religious sensitive topics, paid random items or illegal content. This includes but is not limited to content that violates Roblox's Community Standards or Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued engagement with my services constitutes acceptance of the latest version. Please check this page before beginning a new commission.
